- This role is an entry-level opportunity where you will collaborate with Tier 1 support staff to address client concerns and offer Tier 2 support for application technical issues. The service members and clients use these applications, so the candidate possesses excellent client service and communication skills and can complete and deliver the project quickly. Our leads will train the selected candidate, and they will also learn upcoming tools.
